Everyone loves chocolate but only a few ever get to experience the joy of making it. Join us for a fun 2 hour workshop learning a little about chocolate, tasting the different types of chocolate and then experience what it takes to be a chocolatier by making (and eating) a variety of chocolates.

Detailed Description:

This chocolate making workshop is the perfect indulgence for any chocoholic! Your chocolate workshop begins with a brief discussion about the different types of chocolate and how chocolate is made. Then we will get into the fun of making a variety of different chocolates.

With the guidance of the chocolatier, you will make hand dipped turkish delight and other treats, get your hands messy making a rocky road with a selection of tasty ingredients of your choice, and you will make your own chocolate bars. We will have a selection of ingredients and flavours to choose from in all chocolate making activities as we know everyone has different preferences and tastes.

We finish off the workshop with our guide showing you how to pack your treats to take home.

Additional Information:

  • Restrictions

If you have any special dietary requirements, please contact us 7 days in advance. We do use nuts in the factory and guests may be using nuts in making their chocolates. We mainly use milk chocolate in the class but may be able to accommodate requests for a particular choice of chocolate such as white, dark or Vegan/dairy free. However, please ensure you provide 7 days notice or we may not have the chocolate ready and tempered for your use in the workshop.

  • Session Length

This experience is usually 2 hours in duration but may be shorter if the class numbers are smaller than usual.

  • Numbers on the day

The classes have a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 participants but we can accept up to 20 for private class bookings.

  • Spectators

This experience is not suitable for spectators unless a carer is required to assist the participant. Spectators usually want to get involved so it is better if they buy a ticket also.
